I suspected a leak as I noticed the flooring was sweeling on the Friday evening. I rang two other companies first. They said maybe they could make it by the end of the week. I tried Naki Plumbing and they were there Mid-day Tuesday and sorted it. This quick action also paid dividends with my insurer as gradual damage can be an issue that means a no claim. This was avoided due to there prompt action. Top bloke at Naki as well. Got the bill which was fair and paid that same day. Thanks Naki Plumbing!

The day started with very little water pressure from the hot water, so a slightly less than enjoyable shower. That morphed into NO hot water. Put a call in to Greg – he came out the same afternoon (in the pouring rain I might add!). After having mis-directed Greg into the roof to find the hot water boost pump, which meant he had to cope with “killer bees” nesting around the valve !!!, and then finding out from my builder that the pump was actually situated under the house – oops!! he and his team got onto the job efficiently and cheerfully. A new pump was delivered and fitted. We now have hot water again! Yay! 1st world problems I know, but we do so like to turn on the hot tap, and get hot water. Thanks Greg – great service, promptly delivered, as always.
